Starose Barn is a stunning, newly converted contemporary barn conversion with a real WOW factor. Professionally designed interior, luxurious linens quality fixtures/fittings throughout. With 5 ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, cinema room and plenty of parking, its the perfect place for families or groups of friends.
The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is spacious but cosy with the addition of underfloor heating and a wood burner. It’s very light airy thanks to a wall of floor to ceiling patio doors. The high spec kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances (see amenities). A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the ground floor there’s also a cinema room with an adjoining bar, downstairs loo boot room.
Upstairs are 4 double ensuite bedrooms plus a stunning master suite with a large bathroom dressing area
Starose is situated next to Vanhall Barn on a very quiet country lane on the edge of Ampney Crucis village. Just a 5 min stroll to the local pub, The Crown at Ampney Brook.
The large terrace lawned garden overlook magnificent countryside and is a great space for alfresco dining (please note the garden is not yet fully enclosed so young children pets need to be supervised)

The Estate prides its self on been Eco-friendly, all heating and hot water is generated via a sustainable wood pellet Bio Mass heating system and the estate produces electricity via a solar system, where possible all cleaning products used within the accommodation are natural Eco-Friendly products.

"The Cotswold Barn was a fabulous location for a family Christmas. The space has to be seen to be believed and is just stunning! It really is huge, and beautiful with many additional features we were not expecting! All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable with well appointed bathrooms and the beds extremely comfortable. The catering style kitchen is quite well equipped with plenty of plates, and glasses for everyone, it also includes an industrial ice machine which was used a great deal for Christmas cocktails and keeping the (very useful) ice bucket replenished. The hosts were great, and ready to help with any issue despite being very busy themselves. The welcome and overview on arrival was really thorough. We would definitely stay again!"
