THE COTSWOLD BARN
The WOW factor in the Cotswold Barn is the huge, open plan, stone walled lounge / dining area with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams a magnificent, open fireplace (underfloor heating ensures it stays warm cosy all year round). Light floods in from floor to ceiling glass doors that open on to a patio.
The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream (see amenities). A modern wing (accessed via a short flight of stairs) houses 4 spacious bedrooms. The master boasts floor to ceiling windows with breath taking views.
There is also a large entrance hall and a cosy TV room/snug located on a mezzanine floor off the main living area (accessed by a flight of stairs).
The Cotswold Barn is a stunning, spacious property renovated to a grade 5 standard. Situated next to The Long Barn at the end of a long driveway & surrounded by incredible countryside & amazing views. With 4 bedrooms (all ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, a large, enclosed garden & plenty of parking, it's the perfect place for families or groups of friends.
The fully enclosed private garden overlooks magnificent countryside and has a large, level lawn, perfect for children to play. Please note the patio area is stepped and not enclosed, so children must be supervised.

The Estate prides its self on been Eco-friendly, all heating and hot water is generated via a sustainable wood pellet Bio Mass heating system and the estate produces electricity via a solar system, where possible all cleaning products used within the accommodation are natural Eco-Friendly products.

"The Cotswold Barn was a fabulous location for a family Christmas. The space has to be seen to be believed and is just stunning! It really is huge, and beautiful with many additional features we were not expecting! All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable with well appointed bathrooms and the beds extremely comfortable. The catering style kitchen is quite well equipped with plenty of plates, and glasses for everyone, it also includes an industrial ice machine which was used a great deal for Christmas cocktails and keeping the (very useful) ice bucket replenished. The hosts were great, and ready to help with any issue despite being very busy themselves. The welcome and overview on arrival was really thorough. We would definitely stay again!"
